Olivia Carolee Culbreath, 26, who had a prior DWI, is sentenced for a fatal DWI (0.15% BAC) crash that happened at approximately 4:40 local time 9 February 2014 in the eastbound lanes of the 60 Freeway in Diamond Bar, California. Culbreath was driving the wrong way in her 2013 Chevrolet Camaro when she crashed head on into Ford Explorer, killing Gregorio Mejia-Martinez, 47; Leticia Ibarra, 42; their daughter, Jessica Mejia, 20; and her grandmother, Ester Delgado, 80 who were in the Explorer, and also killing two passengers of Culbreath who were in the Camaro, namely, Kristin Young, 21, and Culbreath's sister, Maya, 24.
