Pinellas County, Florida deputy sheriff Timothy Vaughan, 37, is charged in a fatal DWI crash that happened 6 May 2016 at U.S. Highway 41 and 37th Street in Palmetto, Manatee County, Florida. Allegedly, Vaughan drove out of his lane, striking and killing Alexandria Marler, 20, a passenger on a motorcycle; and then ran her over with his vehicle.
