Allison Moseley, 23, was driving drunk at approximately 6:40 local time 21 June 2015, and made a U-turn on the Watterson Expressway in Northfield, Kentucky to avoid traffic from another fatal crash. She rammed a Jeep head-on, killing the driver, Cody Beard, 23. Mosely was charged with murder and accepted a plea deal, being sentenced to 18 years plus probation.
